Reviews

This Restaurant is newly opened but the staff was excellent, friendly and knew how to describe the dishes. The atmosphere is bright and upscale with a very nice bar and a great drink menu. Ginger Bellini got my attention, some interesting Martini's and a full wine list. We were curious and tried Pork Pot Roast Muffin which was an Asian style pulled pork that would make an excellent lunch to go! We enjoyed it as an appetizer, and look forward to trying the entrée version and the beef version! It was exceptional. We also had a spicy chicken Yu Shiang Style and the House Fried Rice.

Wow this chicken was as good as it gets! Tender chicken Crisp and crunchy vegetables with a sauce that was spicy but not overpowering and had an authentically rich flavor beyond just "hot". It was the best I've had in years and certainly the best in the area! Looking forward to returning to try the the seafood options and the Pan Fried Noodles. I will have to eat my way through this menu. It is great to have superior Chinese/Asian food in an attractive setting with friendly and attentive staff.

This restaurant just opened in Lexington center. It is a pleasant addition to the center dining scene. The restaurant decor is more refined than your average Chinese restaurant, with table clothes, and fresh flowers on the table. The menu is not very extensive, and has it all the basics. Nothing too challenging here - but all the dishes we had were excellent. The food was slightly upscaled from the usual. For example, the Beijing ravioli (like Peking Ravioli, but more modern?) were in a slightly updated shape, and not so doughy as they can sometimes be - very good! The Minced Chicken in Lettuce came pre-placed on neatly cut circles of lettuce, rather than the traditional make-your-own package. While it had the more unusual addition of peas and corn, it was very tasty. The other dishes we tried were quite good as well - the Beijing Pan-Seared Noodles (like 2-sided Yellow Noodles, but with finer noodles) and the Yu Shiang Eggplant.

All this elegance came at fairly normal prices for Chinese restaurants in the area.

Recently dined there with a party of six. The newly opened and renovated restaurant in Lexington Center has very clean cosmopolitan upscale feel to it. The staff was friendly and accommodating with a professional crew of chefs from China working the kitchen, The dishes are a little more authentic than your typical Chinese restaurant which was a refreshing change. The Kung Pao Chicken, Beijing Pan Fried Noodles, and Scallion Pancakes were all excellent. We will be back.
